ENGLISH BIRTH PREPARATION

For English speaking families we provide multiple prenatal preparation classes. Our courses are usually in four parts:

• 13:00 The Big Day – Birth

• 10:00 Breastfeeding and Postpartum

• 13:00 Plan-B - in Case of Hospital Transfer

  
  

Our prenatal classes focus mainly on out of hospital or natural birth without any interventions. We provide time for individual questions too, and encurage you to come to prenatal care appointments with our midwives.
